„Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.“

personalised spinal therapy classes for adults
and children
SCHANANDA BALANCE YOGA CENTER aims to effectively support individual self-healing processes by creating and maintaining balance.
The first session is a 120-150 minutes long NMPT class with a postural correction and individual assessment.Subsequent classes are usually 70 minutes or can be extended to 90 minutes by prior arrangement.
Initially, it is recommended to practice 1-2 times a week in private classes, then after understanding and awareness of individual needs, to maintain the positive physiological effects by daily 10-30 minutes of practice at home or by attending 1-2 suitable group classes per week.
PRIVATE SPINAL THERAPY
A personalised class based on the individual’s physical and psychological condition, possible injuries, body proportions and age. It includes dynamic sequences, more static postural exercises, stretching-strengthening exercises, softer joint mobilisation exercises with aerial yoga silk and special-effect reverse postural exercises.
NMPT®
In this type of class, we use functional tests to visually correct any incorrect musculoskeletal patterns and prevent many spinal and joint problems. NMPT (Natural Movement Pattern Training) restores the statics, curves and stabilizing muscle groups of the spine, providing a long-term healthy range of movement for anyone.
SPINAL YOGA®
This type of class systematically develops the whole physical body and stabilises correct and healthy posture through a series of easy-to-do exercises based on basic anatomical movements. The primary role of spinal yoga is preventive, but it also effectively complements and supports individual health treatments as needed.
NMPT Kids®
The natural movement pattern training developed for children can help to start maintaining or relearning the correct movement pattern as soon as children start school. It’s a playful as well as accurate, incredibly effective and developmentally effective method, that offers an enjoyable range of movement even for teenagers. Its benefits also extend into adulthood.
BARKAN METHOD HOT YOGA, LEVEL I.-II.-III.
Barkan Method Hot Yoga can create a kind of inner fire. A truly dynamic standing sequence is followed by pleasant, complex stretches. The final sequence can be a variety of back muscle strengthening, general stretching, hip openers or backbends. The exercises can be performed by people of all physical conditions, ages and body types, with modifications as required.
PARENT-CHILD YOGA
This type of lesson provides quality time together for both parent and child. It includes classical yoga exercises, as well as rocking-rotating-rotating-turning-rotating-body-positioning exercises and balance yoga exercises according to the age and movement development of the child. It can be effectively combined with all movement and skill development methods.
AERIAL HIGH YOGA
A type of class with higher aerial yoga hammock position with energizing dynamic exercises. Its main attraction is that the inverted postures, which can be safely performed using the yoga hammock, passively stretch the spine, pull away the spinal vertebras, harmonise the hormonal system, refresh the lymphatic and vascular systems, strengthen the immune system, improve memory, and increase emotional stability.
AERIAL LOW YOGA
A type of yoga class with a low-position yoga hammock, involving pleasant, extremely gentle gentle rocking exercises and extended passive stretches in a meditative state. It systematically moves and softly stretches the spinal column, mobilises and refreshes the joints, allowing the body and mind to be in optimal harmony.
AERIAL YOGA COURSES FOR KIDS
For parents and their children, individual classes provide the knowledge and practice needed for aerial yoga at home, with both low and high postures of aerial yoga hammock.
This film reveals who and why they come to Anna for spinal therapy. She explains how it develops, the type and content of the sessions she proposes and how the contents of the classes are developed together.
